A highly respected and busy independent sales and lettings agent is looking for an organised, office based Receptionist / Negotiator for their Taunton office with a salary of £25-27,000 depending on experience. This is an exciting role with lots of customer interaction in a thriving and interesting industry.
They are looking for a hard-working and personable person, who is articulate and well-presented, a real team player and a person with a "can-do" attitude. They are a down to earth and friendly team and are looking for a customer focused and organised person who can roll their sleeves up and deliver in a busy environment. Responsibilities include answering the phone, booking viewings and giving feedback to vendors, phoning out new properties and general sales negotiator duties in an office based capacity.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and one in three Saturday mornings.
In return, there is salary in the region of £25-27,000 depending on experience. This is a great company with a super reputation both as an employer and a property agent.
