What You'll Be Doing

You'll support our Learning Team to ensure that ACA students and tutors have access to high-quality materials that make learning intuitive and rewarding. You'll work with content, exam platforms, and liaise with different departments, helping us deliver top-notch resources to our partners and students.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development Support: Work alongside our Learning Delivery Manager to develop and maintain ACA learning materials. Address updates, student/tutor inquiries, and manage errata to ensure accuracy.

Exam Platform Administration: Set up exams in our practice platform, manage mock exam releases, and ensure the seamless operation of student resources.

Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with Marketing and Student Support to keep students informed and ensure materials are current and accurate.

Program Maintenance: Help maintain our Ethics Learning Programme, a cornerstone of ACA qualifications.

General Support: Provide crucial administrative support across various projects to keep our learning resources effective and relevant.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for an enthusiastic professional with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to helping learners succeed. Ideally, you'll have experience in an educational or professional environment and a natural talent for organisation and communication.

Skills & Experience:

Strong organisational skills, ideally with some experience with projects

Background in a professional or academic setting, ideally within education.

Ability to manage relationships with third-party suppliers or contractors.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel).

Nice-to-Haves:

Knowledge of the ACA qualification or similar professional certifications.

System administration skills.
