Do you have experience providing executive administrative or governance-level support?
A national health, fitness, and recreation-based charity has recently launched its brand-new multi-year strategy, and they couldn't be more excited.
This role will support the smooth administration of their governance cycle, including Board and committee meetings as well as support for the senior leadership team.
Main duties:
- Agenda setting
- Commissioning and collating meeting papers
- Minute taking
- Recording and following up on meeting actions
- Management of meeting logistics e.g. booking venues and catering
- Diary management
Skills and experience required:
- Experience of administration / executive level support
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to deal with high volume, deadline-driven requests in a calm and diplomatic manner
- Understanding of the importance of discretion and confidentiality
It is essential that you have operated in a similar environment to effectively deliver in this capacity as you will have a pivotal, and proactive role in delivering high-quality administrative support across the directorate.
With both part-time and full-time options available, this fully remote two-month temp assignment offers a high degree of flexibility. There is also the prospect of joining the organisation on a permanent basis.
