The Senior Building Surveyors' role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will join a close-knit team, collaborating with three other Building Surveyors.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, valued up to £5 million, across various sectors including commercial, retail, healthcare, heritage, education, leisure, and mixed-use schemes.
Designed as a long-term career path, this position offers a clear progression route to Associate level and beyond. With the Partner of this Building Surveying team planning to retire over the next 12 to 18 months, there is significant potential for career advancement.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- A BSc or MSc in Building Surveying or similar
- Qualified with MRICS
- Experience across a variety of sectors within the commercial consultancy environment
- A self-motivated and driven individual
