Salary: £35000-£42000 (dependent on experience)

I am searching for a creative and motivated Senior Architect with a passion for sustainable architecture to join an innovative practice in Oxford. The team focusses on residential, listed building and commercial projects whilst ensuring each project has a sustainability focus. The vibrant creates meaningful relationships with clients and contractors whilst having a conscious approach to the built environment.
The successful Senior Architect will have significant experience post qualification and will have managed projects through all RIBA stages. Ideally, you should have some Passivhaus experience and a passion for sustainability. Revit experience is essential.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architect:
- Significant experience post Part 3 qualification
- ARB registered
- Confident liaising with clients and contractors
- Able to manage a small team
- Mentor junior team members
- In-depth knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Confident preparing construction and tender packages
- Happy running projects from inception to completion
- Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Must be proficient using Revit
- Hold a full, clean UK driving licence
