Our client is a large local government organisation and looking for an experienced Surveyor to join their team
This is initially a 3 month contract which may be extended for the right candidate
You will
Carry out surveying duties across varied residential stock and corporate commercial properties ensuring the right repair at the right time and help provide suitable homes when necessary
You will survey housing stock and corporate assets diagnosing what wpork is required issuing repairs or specifications of work as necessary and managing the work undertaken
You will ensure the client has accurate stock data information as well as raise repairs and carry out the procurement of all contractors maintaining service or specific projects
You will manage delegated project budgets along with liaising with stakeholders as well as leaseholders and other stff
To be considered for this role you will
Have HNC or equivelant in Surveying or construction and have knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts ideally
