In this vital role, you will help ensure the smooth running of office operations by managing documentation and providing administrative support across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Upkeep & Development the procurement register,
- Upkeep of company Purchase Order System & Coding (Airtable)
- Passing invoices for processing to accounts team
- Invoice query & investigations
- Coordinating Staff timesheets
- Vehicle MOT and maintenance logging
- Team Holiday and Sickness recording
- General Online Portal Updates
- Organising general office supplies, i.e. stationery
- Issue of Risk Assessments & Method Statements
- Issuing Job Completion Sheets
- Coordination of Skip Hires
- Coordination of Hired Equipment
Personnel Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Word
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good communicator
Good organisational skills
