The Business

Corporate risk and broking (CRB) offers a broad range of insurance broking and risk advisory services, from risk assessment, risk management, risk transfer and placement and claims advocacy. Areas of specialism include property and casualty, aerospace, marine and financial lines.

The Role

The Marketing Campaign Coordinator is responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of marketing activities for the Marketing/Campaign Manager or the Marketing Director. The role holder will be a key support in the delivery of the marketing plan and therefore a vital coordinator across all marketing teams and functions.

Whilst the role is based in London, GB, the primary focus will be supporting the Global Lines of Business colleagues which can include working with both business teams and marketing colleagues worldwide. The role is based out of the WTW head office in London, with a blend of working from home and office attendance. The role will include working across several business teams across CRB on projects with senior stakeholders in the business and the marketing function.

Marketing Delivery:

  • Key support to the Marketing Campaign Manager / Director in the delivery of the marketing plan and all its elements and tactics within agreed timelines and budgets. Includes activity in GB and in the local teams' global locations.
  • Coordinate and liaise with regional and global marketing colleagues including the CoE's (Communications, Design, PR, Digital and Research/Analytics) as required to deliver campaigns and programmes
  • Support the Marketing Campaign Manager / Director with the delivery of digital and face to face client events. Liaise with the CoE Event Teams for brand and process alignment. Liaise with the CoE communication teams to ensure appropriate advertising of the event through internal and external channels including social media. Liaison with local Line of Business (LOB) administrator or leading stakeholder as appropriate
  • Evaluate marketing campaigns through analysis of digital data to ensure that the activity is helping the company to achieve its sales goals. Use the activity to help guide and improve future marketing initiatives
  • Manage the (LOB/Campaign) marketing mailing activity using our digital mailing tools and ensure that mailing lists are accurately built according to their target audience and via co-ordination with relevant LOB administrators, ensure that contact data is up-to-date.
  • Liaise closely with relevant sales teams to ensure connectivity through all stages of marketing delivery..
  • Actively support and advise stakeholders during project execution and deliver to their needs, with a sense of urgency and accountability

Relationships

:

  • Develop good working relationships and work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure consistency of approach to marketing activities and to share new ideas and best practices both in GB and globally.
  • Develop good working relationships and work closely with the sales teams to ensure marketing activity is consistently supporting sales growth targets and is measurable and connected with sales reporting tools. (CRM).
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with key individuals within the Line of Business/Campaign, in GB and globally by understanding their business issues and providing proactive advice

Business awareness:

  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of the products, services and solutions that the Line of Business/Campaign offers to clients
  • Understand the importance of global connectivity for growth of the global business teams and collaboration with industry initiatives

Other:

  • Offer assistance and accept help from colleagues to accomplish marketing activities and priorities
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of the full range of products, services and solutions that WTW offer to clients as well as the different markets and buyer hubs that exist.
  • Operate within WTW agreed policies, procedures and core values, demonstrating a consistent and corporate approach.
  • The Coordinator will have a general understanding across all areas of the business
  • A blend of flexible home working and office-based, with requirement to travel to other locations as required.

The Requirements

Essential

:

  • Relevant marketing experience is essential, ideally gained within professional or financial services in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in marketing communications across a broad spectrum of offline and online media (e.g. print, direct mail, email marketing)
  • Proven track record in delivering digital marketing campaigns, using email marketing systems, social media and other digital channels
  • Experience using digital analytics to validate campaign direction and prove growth opportunities
  • Ability to work across geographies
  • Adaptable and quick learner with new marketing tools, systems and processes
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle a large workload and prioritise work effectively
