Field Sales/Account Manager
Location – Based in the South East (London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire)
Contract length – 6-months, possibility of extension
Salary: up to £25 per hour + travel expenses
Responsibilities, though not limited to:
- Provide technical customer support within an assigned geographic territory
- Achieve annual sales targets by working closely with the District Manager, Area Manager, and Key Account Managers
- Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction through excellent service delivery
- Manages the sales order process from order acceptance to delivery in a timely and professional manner
- Build effective customer relationships through effective business calls and regular business reviews
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating customer requirements
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
Qualifications and experience needed:
- To have experience in the water treatment industry (ideal but not essential)
- Laboratory / scientific background
- Account management experience
- Confident in carrying out tests and quantify levels
- Using field-based test kits
