Senior Litigation Consultant x 3 - Nationwide Field Based Role - Up to £55k + Car Allowance

1 x to cover Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle upon Tyne, Scottish Borders area, North East of England. 2x positions - Nationwide

Salary: Up to £55k (dep on experience) + Car allowance + Company Benefits

My client is a leading provider of Employment Law, HR and Health & Safety advice and consultancy services to small to medium size businesses across the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

As part of business growth and demand, we are now looking for 3 experienced Senior Litigation Consultants to work within their Employment Legal Team.

These are Field Based roles that requires the successful applicant to be able to travel primarily clients across the UK, although we do require ONE to be located in or close to the Scottish Borders in order to cover Glasgow, Edinburgh and Newcastle in the course of their duties, in order to visit clients and to undertake hearings.

Regular connectivity to my clients Head Office in Manchester is encouraged, although frequency will be managed by the successful candidate, subject to commitments in the Employment Tribunal.

The Role

To be responsible to the UK Litigation Manager, for assisting my client's members when they receive employment tribunal claims, by assuming conduct of cases - from drafting documents, visiting clients, preparing cases for hearing, and representing clients in hearings.

We are looking for candidates who are confident, articulate and legally qualified, who crucially have direct employment law experience.

The successful candidate will be part o fmy clients UKLegal Team and will work closely with the Employment Law Advisory Service, the Litigation Executive Team and Senior Leadership Team.

There is a strong focus on delivering high standards of care and service to clients, and therefore we are looking for someone with good communication skills and high professional standards.
