Exciting opportunity for a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for accurately and promptly entering daily timesheets into the company's payroll system.
Key Responsibilities as Payroll Assistant:
- Processing timesheets
- Data entry of expenses
- Collating costing data
- Maintaining absence records
- Calculating pensions and submitting to relevant pension providers
- Assisting with preparation and processing of monthly payrolls
Key Requirements:
- Experience in dealing with large volume data inputting
- Experience in a similar role (advantageous)
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Interest in pursuing a career in payroll/finance
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
