Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised Administrator to join a highly regarded, award winning company at their Head Office in Horley in a 6-month temporary contract

This role would be perfect for someone with high attention to detail and fantastic administrator skills either with previous experience working within an office environment, or someone looking to start their administrative career with a reputable and well-established organisation.

Working in a supportive and very friendly team, as an administrator your daily duties will include:

  • Administration and investigation of liabilities - receive and log on databases, always adhering to legislation.
  • Liaise with Authorities and Depots.
  • Validation and payment of all liability invoices.
  • Raising invoices for the recharging of contractors.
  • Monitoring and responding to internal and external emails.
  • Provide liability management information to the business.

The ideal candidate will have

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Strong team player and support other colleagues
  • Able to work effectively on own (whilst at home)
  • Common sense and able to use initiative
  • Capable of working to defined deadlines
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities at short notice
  • Computer literate, competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to organise and prioritise own workloads.

The company are currently working on a hybrid basis, after training. with a minimum of 2 days in the office. Working hours are 37 per week, Monday - Friday 07:45 to 16:00.
