The Company
Performance Media Analytics Lead at one of the top network agencies, you will be part of one of their most exciting brands, this specialist performance media agency converts consumer intent into revenue for the world's most admired brands. Across a global network operating in 41 countries worldwide, they create connected and personalised digital experiences across paid, owned and earned media
You will be part of a broader media team which plans and activates across 100 markets on social and search (including YouTube) channels for a large luxury client. The Analyst Lead will be providing key insights to support strategic decisions on the account, drive automation on the account by using existing tools and proposing the use of new ones and lead all reporting on the account including post campaign analysis, sentiment and conversation analysis.

- Build measurement frameworks, set KPIs and execute media measurement to drive business goals across brand media
- Be part of one of the worlds largest media agency groups
- Work on a luxury client who sponsor some of the world's biggest sporting events
The Job
- Work closely with Strategy and Social leads to identify new opportunities to improve media performance through testing, analysis, insights and recommendations
- Work with the broader team to implement data-driven media campaigns, set KPIs and define measurement frameworks
- Lead campaign reporting and post campaign analysis#
- Provide industry and competitors analysis, set benchmarks and identify what success looks like for clients from a measurement perspective
- Managing one direct report
You
- Strong experience with analysis of media campaigns across different channels (e.g. Social, PPC, Programmatic)
- 5+ years experience
- Media/Marketing agency background and Performance Media background
- Ideally some proficiency with dashboarding/visualisation tools
