What Will You Be Doing?
As the Global Market Leader within our industry, delivering exceptional customer service on both a reactive and proactive level is our main priority. You will build and maintain customer relations, loyalty and retention, resolve both product and technical enquiries and provide advice and guidance using your expert knowledge.
The day-to-day:
- You will oversee a portfolio of customers (using SAP), liaising and providing regular updates.
- Manage the end-to-end process of orders, ensuring every stage is completed timely.
- Effectively resolve issues and enquiries regarding pricing, lead time, delivery expectations, quality of products
- Work proactively on projects using Salesforce, updating the business, and identifying potential opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- A passion for providing expert, quality and approachable customer service
- Experience of the Tender/Supply chain/Order Fulfilment process
- Experience using CRM / SAP / Salesforce
- High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to deal with difficult and challenging situations
- Confidence using MS Office
