Project Administrator

I am working with a fantastic organisation based in Norwich City Centre who are looking for an experienced Project/Programme Administrator for a 12 month contract.

The role is full time, to start ASAP and paying up to £21.37 PAYE per hour or £27.25 Umbrella per hour.

The organisation offers hybrid working where you spend 50% of your time in the office and 50% of your time at home.

Project Admin/Support Role

Are you comfortable dealing with a variety of tasks? Do you enjoy working as part of a busy team?

The Project Admin role is varied, and no two days are the same. You'll be working on fast-paced projects and programmes which are delivering change across the business. Your role will be to support your team by ensuring that the Programme runs efficiently

Responsibilities include:

  • Arranging meetings, tracking attendance, taking actions
  • Monitoring central mailbox, scheduling central meetings, de-conflicting team diaries
  • Chasing completion of actions and providing updates to programme team
  • Supporting in collation of programme materials including ppt packs, meeting notes etc
  • Supporting in updated of Governance artefacts and tools where appropriate e.g. Quality Contracts, CARDI, Planview
  • Owning key organisational assets of the team, Distribution lists, holiday trackers
  • Supporting your Workstream lead and / or project team as required
  • As required depending on programme completion of new starter tasks such as IT kit, ID cards, system access for the teams
  • Supporting Programme managers in finance processes where required (e.g. journals, accruals, extract from Qlik and updating Planview)
  • Dealing with questions from stakeholders in the Programme and Transformation

Skills

  • You'll be organised and able to work with minimal guidance
  • Confident with Microsoft Office 365 applications (including Teams)
  • Confident in PowerPoint, ability to produce quality packs for committees and forums
  • Experience of creating/maintaining process documentation
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Confident and independent - happy to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience of working in/with projects would be beneficial
