THE COMPANY: Our client is an investment firm who are seeking a Team Assistant to join on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE:
- Complex travel organisation, including flight, accommodation and document packs
- Managing calendars and diaries and meeting coordination
- Preparing documentation for meeting packs for senior staff and strategy packs
- Manage expenses on behalf of stakeholders
THE PERSON:
- Experience as a Team Assistant, PA or EA, ideally within a financial services environment
- Experience supporting senior global executives
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong eye for detail
