Basic salary £45k - £55k
Full study support to Chartered status
First 8 weeks in the office then 2 days WFH per week
My client is a medium sized Chartered independent financial advice business who have built a lasting reputation for providing the highest levels of advice on Pensions, Investments, Retirement Planning, Tax Planning, IHT, Trusts, Mortgages to clients across the UK. Notably many clients are from the creative industries with varying levels of assets ranging from £100k - multiple millions. The business has c.100 staff and they have ambitious plans to expand and grow so if you're looking to join an entrepreneurial and forward thinking business then this will be the right career move for you.
The Managing Director is creating a brand-new role within the business for Paraplanner who is diploma qualified. The role will report into a dedicated Head of Paraplanning and you will work with a selection of advisers then you will be allocated 2 Advisers who you will specifically work for in good time. You will get to attend client meetings and work with some technical cases and have genuine input into the adivce being formulated.
My client are very open with regards to what they can offer a candidate career-wise. The role would be suitable for a Paraplanner who is level 4 diploma qualified and is looking to study towards Chartered status. If you aspire to progress to be a Financial Planner in 3 - 5 years' time then they can offer this route for you but a career paraplanner would be ideal. The firm is growing following numerous recommendations and referrals so the there is a genuine route for the right candidate who shows promise to be advising.

The Directors are looking to offer between £45k - £55k basic salary depending on your experience levels. They would like someone to be office based for the first 8 weeks then you can WFH 3 days per week.
