Reward Assistant

£28-30,000 per annum

We're partnered with a leading professional services firm seeking a Reward Assistant on an 18-month FTC.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of the Reward mailbox
- Owning the monthly reporting process
- Supporting with rollout of employee benefits and engagement
- Maintaining online benefits portal
- Building/maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Skills required:
- Previous HR Assistant or Reward/Benefits experience
- Knowledge of MS office applications
- Knowledge of advanced excel functions (e.g. v-lookups, pivot tables)
- Strong communication skills.
