My client is a boutique wealth planning practice based near Beaconsfield who have been operating for 25+ years. I have been assisting with their recruitment for the past year and got to know their business incredibly well. They are looking to expand their team moving into 2023. They have an excellent reputation providing very solid financial advice to private clients who are City professionals, families, business owners retirees and accumulators. The business as a whole manages over £700m of assets. They do no marketing activity whatsoever as they gain all new business via recommendation and referral.

This business has a team of 3 Advisers and a full administrative and technical support team who support them in a smooth and effective advice offering to their clients. A vacancy has come available for a Senior IFA Administrator reporting into the Operations Manager. The role will be office based but there is potential for you to WFH in the future. The Directors are seeking a career administrator or someone who isn't too progressive and wants to become a paraplanner or adviser. Mangement place a lot of emphasis on staff wellbeing and team rapport and regularly enjoy company socials and trips away as well as supporting. Cultural fit will be very important. They are a very gregarious group and all get stuck into whatever neds to get done, they are a very close knit team and all have the best interest of their clients at the front of their minds.

The role will be a full range of support on whole of market products and processing submissions and new business processing. If you have used Intelligent Office or FE Analytics before this will be highly advantageous. An array of platform experience will be very helpful too. A salary between £30k - £40k basic salary is on offer in line with your experience.
