Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify individual speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and deliver tailored therapy plans to help students reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with the school team to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Provide training and resources to staff and parents to support student's communication skills.
We're searching for someone who is:
- Qualified with a degree in Speech and Language Therapy and registered with the HCPC.
- Experienced in working with children and young people in educational settings.
- Passionate, empathetic, and eager to create positive outcomes.
- Skilled at building relationships and working collaboratively.
- Able to provide 2 professional references.
- Having an enhanced DBS on the updated service or willingness to apply a new one.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
