We have a medium term contract for a top EA to join an invesetment firm based in the West End. This is a temporary position and there will be lots of adhoc temping opportunities for the right person. This particular cover is for an extended holiday cover. Previous experience working within the financial services space is mandatory as well as being a fully established EA, with the ability to demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Main duties include but are not limited to:
- Complex diary management
- Arranging international conference calls
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Arranging board meetings
- Document preparation
- Expenses
Key attributes:
- A proven EA with strong organisational skills
- A team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience working within Private Equity or a high level financial services organisation
