Office Assistant - Financial Services

I am working with a local Wealth Management Financial Services company who are searching for an experienced Office Assistant to join their team

You will work closely with the full business providing administration support

Responsibilities:

  • Sending clients letters of authority to insurance providers to request relevant information
  • Meeting and greeting clients - preparing the meeting rooms
  • Answering the phone and supporting with any questions or queries
  • Putting together client literature and packs for meetings
  • Postal duties
  • Ordering stationary
  • Updating the back office system
  • Ad-hoc duties

The ideal candidate will have administration experience and be looking to bring their skills to a new team

Monday - Friday (9am-5pm)
