NonStop Social Care is currently working with a well-reputed charity in Basildon. I am looking for a fostering senior practitioner for their fostering well-balanced team.

Responsibilities
The fostering senior practitioner has responsibility to provide supervision to 3 supervising social workers and also hold a caseload of maximum 4 carers.
You will support supervising social workers in their day to day tasks in order to ensure excellence and work along side Registered Manager to deliver goals and high-standard level of care.
