LEGAL Accounts Assistant required for an established Bournemouth based Legal Firm. Our client is a progressive and expanding legal practice with a number of offices across the area. This role would suit a professional who is self-motivated and has a positive approach towards their job and working in a professional environment.

This role will suit a skilled and competent Accounts Assistant with a good all round knowledge of basic accounts and book keeping. Previous experience in a Firm of solicitors is desirable but not essential.
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.15pm (35 hours per week)
Main Duties
- Cash book entries
- Banking and cheque writing
- Sending and receiving electronic payments
- Taking credit/debit card payments by telephone
- Bank reconciliations
- Month end reconciliations
- Assist the Accounts Manager in maintaining office accounts, Client accounts and other accounts
- Assist the Accounts Manager in the maintenance and provision of information for management accounts
- Any other duties as and when required as directed by a Partner or a member of the Management team
