Counterbalance FLT Operator Wanted in Poole
Location: Poole, Dorset
Salary: £11.80 per hour + Overtime opportunities
Type: Temp to Perm (6 months)
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck during production to manufacture and process concrete block paving.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment.
- Assist in warehouse organisation and cleanliness.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
- Overtime: Sundays, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (£23.60 per hour)
Qualifications:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift License.
- Proven experience as a forklift operator.
- Strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and precision.
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.
