Responsibilities:
As a Contracts Support Coordinator, you will be the backbone of the lettings division, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Draft and produce all new tenancy agreements within 24 hours of receiving offers.
- Prepare, review, and send tenancy agreements via AdobeSign, ensuring all legal notices are processed efficiently.
- Prepare initial invoices, standing orders, rent demands, and deed of guarantee documents.
- Manage communications for tenancy changes, such as deeds of assignment or surrender.
- Handle Right to Rent renewals, inventory reports, and property inspections for corporate tenancies.
- Assist the team and manager, maintain databases, and ensure all correspondence is promptly and accurately recorded.
- Provide outstanding service, proactively support clients, and constantly seek ways to streamline processes.
Requirements:
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, strong organisational abilities, and impeccable attention to detail.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service standards.
- A smart and professional demeanour.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
