Assistant Sales Manager in Estate Agency – Responsibilities:
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Planning, directing, and leading the team alongside the Sales Manager
- Overseeing the sales office in the absence of the Sales Manager
- Developing new business opportunities
- Meeting personal and branch sales targets
- Valuing properties for sale as needed
- Conducting property viewings
- Advising vendors on their legal obligations and offering practical marketing suggestions
- Qualifying applicants by assessing their financial position and suitability before arranging viewings
- Building new business relationships and alliances with local developers through active networking
- Keeping up-to-date with market conditions and competitor activities
- Ethically selling all company products and services to vendors, purchasers, and their advisers for productive outcomes
- Contributing new marketing ideas and supporting marketing initiatives proactively
- Ensuring all staff are trained to satisfactory standards
Assistant Sales Manager in Estate Agency - Requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in estate agency
- Demonstrate leadership skills through example
- Show excellent customer service skills
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
Assistant Sales Manager in Estate Agency - Compensation:
- Competitive base salary: £28-30,000 PA
- On-target earnings (OTE) up to £50-60,000
