Hours of work are Mon - Fri 0800 - 1800
Are you passionate about cars and have a knack for customer service? We're looking for a Car Parts Advisor to join a dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, helping customers find the perfect spare parts for their vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone.
- Product Knowledge: Gain and apply in-depth knowledge of our range of spare parts and accessories.
- Sales & Advice: Assist customers in finding the right parts for their needs, upsell additional products, and offer expert advice.
- Stock Management: Handle inventory, including checking stock levels, restocking shelves, and assisting with inventory counts.
- Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders and handle transactions accurately.
Essential skills and experience:
- Experience in the automotive industry or a strong interest in cars and mechanics.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and stock management.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to helping customers.
