Role Profile/ Criteria:

Job Description: They are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Marketing Consultant to develop and implement a market entry strategy, produce compelling content, and create marketing materials for their innovative property technology solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive market entry strategy to introduce our property technology solution to the student housing and build-to-rent sectors.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Create and produce high-quality marketing content, including sales decks, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Design and develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing (LinkedIn etc) and website marketing.
  • Create effective lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the real estate or property technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of market entry strategies and go-to-market planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation and marketing material design.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
