£24,620 per annum (pro rata for part time)

As a Recovery Navigator at within this organisation, you will be at the forefront of supporting individuals in their path towards improved mental health and well-being. Your role will be critical in providing guidance, advocacy, and practical assistance to those in need, making a meaningful impact every day.

Preferred Requirements:
- Previous experience in mental health or recovery support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of advocacy and support services.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Empathetic and non-judgmental approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in mental health, counselling, social work, or related field.
- Certification in mental health first aid or equivalent is advantageous.
- Additional training in trauma-informed care is desirable.
