A well-established architectural firm is seeking an experienced and passionate Architectural Technician to join their knowledgeable team in Warrington. The team are looking for an innovative and highly skilled Architectural Technician to contribute to prestigious projects and work within a collaborative and creative environment. The friendly team has a vibrant portfolio across the commercial, heritage and residential sectors.
The successful Architectural Technician will have sufficient experience and will have excellent technical abilities. You will be confident working through all RIBA stages and have excellent time management skills. Revit experience is essential.
Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Sufficient experience post qualification in a UK-based practice
- Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- CIAT accredited, or working towards
- Confident producing and delivering tender packages
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Run projects through all RIBA stages
- Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Conduct site visits
- Proficient using Revit
- Live within a commutable distance from Warrington
