Your new role
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create, curate, and schedule captivating content, including posts, stories, and videos, that resonate with our audience and highlight our wine selections.
- Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximise reach and impact.
- Design and write compelling newsletters to keep subscribers updated on new arrivals, promotions, events, and wine-related content.
- Collaborate with the sales, brand design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a community of wine enthusiasts.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Support other teams on an ad-hoc basis with events, brand, design collateral, training courses etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 9 months to 1 years of experience in a Marketing role, preferably within the wine or beverage industry
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Passion for wine and a good understanding of wine culture and trends
