Our typical full-time contracts are 35 hours per week with opportunities for part-time and we can accommodate your need for flexibility. Our working schedule is 35 hours with a flexible shift pattern between 7 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday.

As a Claims handler within our claims division, you will process road traffic accident claims with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss. Through meticulously checking facts and asking questions, you will drive your claims forward and make accurate liability decisions.
You will talk and listen calmly to our customers, and in some circumstances other stakeholders, knowing just the right questions to ask to obtain relevant information to assist you in processing the claim. You'll enjoy taking personal responsibility for your own caseload, continually reorganising and prioritising to ensure our customers get the best service possible.
Skills & Experience we're looking for:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs/National 5s at grades A to C Grades (4 - 9 from 2017), with proficiency being in Maths and English
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with effective questioning abilities
- Demonstrated capability in delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in claims or insurance is not obligatory as comprehensive training is provided
- A keen and adaptable learner who embraces challenges

- ?Salary ranges from £23,9000(depending on skills, experience, hours worked and qualifications)
