International Accounts Officer

We are looking for a dedicated International Accounts Officer to join our Finance and Corporate Services Division. This division is a key service provider within our organisation, offering services across Finance, Treasury, Supply Chain, ICT, and Facilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing organisational performance through data-evidenced analytical impact, ensuring effective treasury management, and contributing to our journey towards a digital-first reality.
Day to Day of the role:
- Monitor and reconcile fund transfers and ledger entries for accuracy and integrity, addressing any discrepancies.
- Ensure all project documentation is correctly filed and review monthly to confirm completeness of invoicing in the ledger.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Field Offices, International Team, and Regional Finance Managers, to support day-to-day financial operations.
- Support the International Finance team with tasks related to Field Offices and Regional Teams, including problem-solving and independent decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
- Proven experience in financial accounting.
- Competency in Excel for designing and manipulating reports.
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
