Key Responsibilities:
- Underwrite Mortgage Applications: Maintain high standards and strict adherence to lending criteria.
- Analyse Credit Data: Interpret CAIS/Credit data for individual and company applications.
- Assess Portfolio Landlords: Ensure compliance with current regulations.
- Manage Pipelines: Efficiently handle your own pipeline of applications.
- Provide Training and Support: Assist colleagues and share knowledge.
- Handle Complex Cases: Take ownership of challenging cases and queries.
- Collaborate Effectively: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced: Minimum 1 year of underwriting experience in the Buy to Let market.
- Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of the mortgage process and market.
