- Location: Leeds City Centre, Fabulous Office Space with Bar and Café on site
- Hours: Flexible (Full-time, Part-time, School Hours)
- Salary: Up to £35,000 DoE
The Role:
As the Office Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our daily operations, reporting directly to the Managing Director. With a wide-ranging role, you'll manage everything from HR tasks to office supplies, creating a smooth and enjoyable workplace experience. You'll also have the opportunity to take on new initiatives, such as organising company merchandise and socials, to foster a positive and engaging office culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing general office management and administrative tasks.
- Handling HR duties such as holiday requests, contractor invoices, and H&S compliance.
- Coordinating team events, office supplies, and refreshments.
- Assisting with business travel and company insurance logistics.
- Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks and special projects.
