Our client specialise in the graphics and gaming industry and collaborate with many leading publishers therefore contributing to well-known franchises. The tight-knit team are based in central Leeds and pride themselves on a collaborative, social and fun work environment.

  • Job title: Office Manager
  • Location: Leeds City Centre, Fabulous Office Space with Bar and Café on site
  • Hours: Flexible (Full-time, Part-time, School Hours)
  • Salary: Up to £35,000 DoE

The Role:

As the Office Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our daily operations, reporting directly to the Managing Director. With a wide-ranging role, you'll manage everything from HR tasks to office supplies, creating a smooth and enjoyable workplace experience. You'll also have the opportunity to take on new initiatives, such as organising company merchandise and socials, to foster a positive and engaging office culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing general office management and administrative tasks.
  • Handling HR duties such as holiday requests, contractor invoices, and H&S compliance.
  • Coordinating team events, office supplies, and refreshments.
  • Assisting with business travel and company insurance logistics.
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks and special projects.

You should be proactive, organised, and ready to take on a variety of tasks in a small but dynamic setting.
