? Hours: 9am - 5.30pm

?? What you'll be doing:
- Accurately consolidate orders and back orders, collaborating with customer services and sales teams as needed for confirmation.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet customer requirements during the consolidation process.
- Ensure smooth operations by resolving order release blockers and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Develop product knowledge to assist customers in finding suitable replacements or alternatives.
- Support your line manager, Head of Wholesale Customer Service, and Commercial Business Analyst with ad-hoc requests.
�? What you need to succeed:
- Sales administration or customer service experience preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (knowledge of advanced functions like VLOOKUPs is advantageous).
- Strong organisational skills and a logical approach to tasks for efficient workflow and time management.
- Attention to detail to maintain accuracy in all aspects of the job.
- Proactive attitude towards routine tasks, showcasing dedication to quality and continuous improvement.
