Hybrid Working: 2 days per week in the office after the first 6-12 weeks.

Our client, one of the UK's largest banking groups, is seeking experienced Customer Service Representative to support their Customer Service Operations team, specialising in the management of stocks and share investment.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting customers manage stocks and shares investment, pension investments and savings accounts. To do this, you will be provided with a thorough training programme of 6 weeks, and ongoing support afterwards.
This role will be a mix of both inbound call handling, and administrative duties.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking inbound calls regarding stocks and shares transfers, ensuring that all information is recorded and processed quickly and efficiently
- Supporting customers with questions and queries regarding the process
- Processing transfers received through inbox and postal requests
- Ensuring requests are completed within the required timeframe
Key Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience working in customer services, managing a high volume of calls.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to handle complex information and work to a high level of detail.
- Proficiency in IT packages such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to use own judgement
- Experience in banking, financial services, insurance or lending is highly desirable
