We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm to find them a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to join their London team permanently.
The role will see you working with graduate recruitment, onboarding, development and lateral hires. This broad role includes a range of interesting duties including:
- Supporting recruitment events, law fairs, assessment days and vacation schemes
- Managing pre-employment screening processes
- Running the US summer associate programme in London
- Full onboarding of new trainees
- Ownership of lateral recruitment interview scheduling and agency briefings
- General HR support across the team
To be successful in this role, you must have around two years of experience working in an HR team as part of a law firm. You will have knowledge or understand graduate recruitment within a legal environment, including onboarding and vacation schemes/milk rounds.
This is a permanent opportunity with a salary up to c£45,000 plus benefits.
