Senior Communications Consultant

Isio is actively seeking an experienced Senior Communications Consultant to join our Member Engagement and Communication team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the development and delivery of employee and member communications
  • Develop relationships with clients
  • Lead client meetings and act as engagement lead for communication workstreams
  • Ability to work and deliver across our key propositions of DB, DC and Reward
  • Ability to manage own workload within time and budget constraints
  • Ability to collaborate across teams
  • Delegate and oversee aspects of delivery to other members of the team and external agencies
  • Identify and act on new opportunities for existing clients
  • Able to identify and support in the development of new ideas and process within Isio
  • Proactively seeks to share knowledge across the team

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Extensive knowledge of the UK pensions industry (DC and DB)
  • Content creation and copywriting skills
  • Proven track record of project management
  • Familiarity with all delivery channels: print, digital, email, video, alternative media
  • Understanding of accessibility requirements for both print and digital
  • Knowledge of good UX principles and good practice communication approaches

Where is the role?

This position can be based in any of our Isio offices located in Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Croydon, Reading and Manchester. The existing communication team is based in Leeds.

We operate on a hybrid basis, offering you the opportunity to work both in the office and from home. The expectation would be 2 -3 days per week in the office.
