Housing & Estates Co-ordinator - West London - temp-perm

An exciting opportunity has emerged with one of my housing clients based in West London who are actively seeking a talented Housing and Estates Co-ordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a passionate individual who isskilled in administration and eager to contribute to the success of a reputable organisation.

As the Housing and Estates Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in the efficient running of our client's housing and estates department. You will be responsible for coordinating a range of administrative tasks to support the team in their day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the administration of housing applications, allocations, moves, and terminations
  • Maintaining accurate records of housing stock, including data entry and reporting
  • Coordinating property inspections and managing repair and maintenance schedules
  • Providing excellent customer service to tenants, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of relevant documentation, such as tenancy agreements and occupancy schedules
  • Supporting the team with budget management and financial reporting
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the housing and estates department

Requirements:

  • Strong administration skills, with prior experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to resolve issues with tact and diplomacy
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to upholding confidentiality and maintaining data integrity
  • Knowledge of housing legislation and regulations is desirable but not essential

In return for your hard work and dedication, our client offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from £14.75 to £16. As a temporary-to-permanent position, this role provides an excellent opportunity for growth and development within the organisation.
