Location: Oxfordshire, UK - Hybrid working structure (2 days per week) + every other Friday off!

Package: Up to £75,000 Gross Per Annum + Benefits

With a long-lasting history, spanning over a decade, they've been a key player in the sustainable space development through active removal of debris across satellite systems, as well as their end-of-life servicing to create a more sustainable space!

With an ambitious road map ahead; they're now looking to further scale their Business Development team with an experienced Institutional Bid Manager to develop bids and secure funding, as well as support the Business Development unit with high quality technical proposals, and capturing of institutional bids.

You would join the team and immediately make a mark by taking the reins of management and coordination of entire bid life-cycle, control the overall production of the bidding volumes to meet deadlines as well as ensure bid execution according to PA/QA philosophy.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Manage and Coordinate entire bids, or parts of existing bids through the process from initial call, through to bid submission
  • Manage overall production of the bid volumes
  • Ensure bid execution as per PA/QA philisophy; performing bid reviews, and conduct a win-theme analysis
  • Control the bid finances, collaborating with the finance team and external partners to assign / control budgets

Your Essential Skills:

  • 3+ years' experience in Bid management within the space industry (UKSA or ESA)
  • Expert level understanding of UKSA ecosystem, member states and other member state negotiations
  • Significant experience working with UKSA or ESA on space programmes
  • A brilliant sales or marketing style in bid production
