Project Manager
Our client, one of the UKs favourite retailers, are looking a Project Manager to join them on a 6 month contract basis.
They are looking to speak to people who have experience delivering marketing projects within Financial Services.
Accountabilities:
- Document and track project requirements, progress, and issues
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure we have all business and technical requirements
- Conduct workshops and facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines
- Work with 3rd party providers to ensure their solutions meet our technical requirements and integrate seamlessly with our existing systems
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards
- Lead workshops & conduct technical assessments where applicable
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Communicate project status and updates to all stakeholders, including senior management
- Prepare content and chair/participate in steering group
Deliverables:
- Plans and status in place
- Deliverables/outputs
- Costs, benefits, disbenefits, dependencies, risks, issues, opportunities and impact from each workstream specified
- Schedule for activity described above
- Updates on any resourcing or cost needs
- Status reporting inc risks, issues, milestones etc including RAID review
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Stakeholder engagement
- Monitoring and controlling
- Great communication and translation of requirements between 3rd parties, senior stakeholders and internal teams
- Dependency management
- Schedule and delivery planning
- Any experience in managing a Brand refresh/launch
