Your New RoleAs an Electrical Product Support Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our product systems. Your responsibilities will span various domains, including electrical powertrains, electronic systems, software, control systems, telemetry, and more. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Collaborating closely with design engineering, software engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Participating in new product introduction projects, from initial design concepts through testing and validation.
  • Conducting technical root cause analyses to identify and address product improvement opportunities.
  • Reviewing 3D models and engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance.

What You'll Need to SucceedTo excel in this role, you should have a degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Your educational background will provide the foundation for your technical expertise. Experience in troubleshooting/problem-solving and/or product improvement will be crucial. Additionally, proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and electrical/hydraulic schematics is essential.
