Systems 1st Line Support Engineer

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we're looking for a systems 1st Line Engineer to help us provide day to day high standard IT support to the business.

- Provide direct technical support through business ITSM.
- Install and configure computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems where possible.
- Triage incoming queries.
