A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Administrator within an established manufacturing business.

Client Details

This is a well established manufacturing business seeking an experienced administrator to join their team.

Description

The main responsibilities would include:

  • Building excellent customer relationships with existing and new clients
  • Communicating with customers via telephone, email and face-to-face
  • Generating new leads as well as following up on existing ones
  • Assist clients to develop bespoke products in a timely manner
  • Liaise and provide relevant departments with product information to manufacture bespoke products.
  • Ensure customer service levels are maintained and improved by providing quotes, replying to queries and delivery dates to clients
  • Maintaining call off requirements for multiple clients and liaising with production on requested delivery dates
  • Helping out in other areas of business as and when required

A successful Sales Administrator should have:

  • Ability to build customer relations & excellent telephone manner
  • Goal orientated with an appetite to succeed and ensure excellent customer service

  • Sales or account management experience is essential

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of £22,500 - £27,500 per year.
  • 3:30 finish on a Friday
