- Provide a quality transactional service across the areas of the employee life cycle
- Contribute to a flexible and resilient service by developing proficiency in multiple disciplines
- Provide 1st line HR Advice, respond, manage and resolve customer enquiries
- Contribute to reports and statistics
- Prepare, collate and record information across HR
- Ad-hoc projects
You will require the following experience:-
- Experience of working within HR at a similar level.
- Experience of providing excellent customer service to include dealing directly with customers over the phone and also face to face
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in using databases
- Experience in dealing with confidential matter
- Strong organisational skills
- Good team worker
Salary up to £26k plus benefits, hybrid working.
