What you'll do:
As a Payroll Manager, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the financial well-being of the company. Your goal will be maintaining compliance and streamlining payroll procedures for efficiency. You will be responsible for developing robust systems to process payroll transactions, collating data from various sources, overseeing payroll changes, maintaining contact with external providers, ensuring all paperwork is processed timely, arranging reports, administering benefit plans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll completion, preparing related documents, and maintaining accurate account balances.
- Develop and enhance robust systems to process payroll transactions.
- Collate data from payroll sources and maintain payroll records.
- Oversee processing of payroll changes such as New Hires, promotions and system upgrades.
- Maintain contact with the external payroll provider for the UK.
- Ensure all starter and leaver paperwork is processed in a timely manner.
- Arrange weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
- Administer benefit plans.
- Ensure payroll is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare payroll related documents.
- Maintain accurate account balances.
What you bring:
