Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a Total Rewards Manager role for a loved retail brand. You will lead, create and drive the Reward agenda for the business.
Key Responsibilities of the Total Rewards Manager:
- Manage the end to end cycle including reporting, administration and communication of the following schemes:
- Commission
- Recognition
- Bonus
- Pay Review
- Total Reward Statements
- Voluntary Benefits
- Benchmarking surveys, prepare all necessary reporting and conduct benchmarking exercises as requested
- Manage the Reward data in the new HR system (Workday) and assist the transition to new system including testing and implementation
- Maintain all Benefit schemes and ensure information is up to date on the Intranet
- Act as first point of contact on queries from managers and team members for all the schemes above
- Create close relationships with Payroll, Finance and IS, to ensure Reward information is accurate and deadlines are met
- Help with the preparation of briefs for internal communications for Reward and Benefits
- Prepare compensation guidelines and communication materials for the schemes above
- Support the HR Director in the design of the Bonus Scheme that drives performance.
- Responsible for leading the annual events calendar - Eg: Christmas Rewards etc
The ideal candidate will have/be:
- Experience in Total Rewards
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent Planning and Organisational skills
- Strong influencer
- Great interpersonal skills
