They are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. As a key player, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, building relationships with clients, and negotiating deals that exceed expectations. You'll be part of an exciting and supportive team that values your expertise and contributions.

As the Sales Negotiator, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of properties in the Stanmore area.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Conducting viewings, providing expert advice, and negotiating offers.
  • Ensuring a smooth sales process from offer through to completion.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets.

The Sales Negotiator will be rewarded the following:

  • £18,000 - £20,000
  • £35,000 - £40,000 OTE

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within the estate agency industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-lasting relationships.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Full UK driving license.
